Project Overview

Acorn Passive Fire Protection was brought in to provide full fire and smoke protection throughout a new multi-unit build consisting of 37 one- and two-bedroom apartments. The goal: ensure every compartment and service route meets the fire strategy and the required performance standards.

Scope of Works

• Fire & smoke stopping to all service penetrations

• Protection to ventilation ducts and SVPs

• Fire stopping to apartments, communal areas, and lift shafts

• Compliance-focused installation using certified systems

How We Delivered

Working alongside Harbourview’s programme, we installed tested systems to maintain compartmentation integrity throughout the building. All works were photographed, recorded, and logged for the O&M/H&S file.

Outcome (Ongoing)

We continue to work through the building as construction progresses, maintaining quality control and supporting sign-off for each completed zone.
