Acorn Passive Fire Protection was contracted to support Care South with the installation of essential passive fire systems at Castle Dene, a live care home requiring sensitive, controlled working practices.

Scope of Works

• Installation of tested passive fire protection systems

• Fire stopping to penetrations and structural openings

• Compartmentation reinstatement in key areas

 

How We Delivered

With the site fully operational, all work was carried out with resident safety, hygiene, and noise control as top priorities. Each installation followed manufacturer data and current fire safety regulations.

 

Outcome (Ongoing)

The project is active as we work progressively through identified areas, improving the building’s overall fire integrity.
